Return Requests
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email info@dustrivia.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Return Approval
All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please do not return or ship any product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact info@dustrivia.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Return Condition
If a return is approved, the item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
